Tiffany De Leon

Managing Director / Human Resources Manager

Hello, my name is Tiffany de Leon.
I have lived in Vancouver, WA my whole life surrounded by love from a large, supportive family. I love football, cookouts and family gatherings. My Entire life I have wanted to help people and make a positive change, from working as a preschool teacher for 8 years, to Human Resources/Payroll for 17 years, to working in Elderly Care for 2 years and I have met some amazing colleagues along the way that have taught me so much. I believe kindness does not cost anything; it is something the world could use more of, as one act of kindness can change an entire moment in someone’s life. Life is not always fair or kind to us and it’s in those moments when you are humble and help someone even when you are struggling, which is where real beauty and strength shine. I am proud of Acacia Mental Health’s family, and as we grow, being the Managing Director and Human Resources Manager for all the years to come.

Hi there, my name is Raychel.
I am the Medical Billing Manager here at Acacia Mental Health. I started working as a medical biller in 2016 as an independent contractor and have significantly increased my knowledge of the field since then. While I work behind the scenes, knowing how impactful mental health services are to the community, I am thankful to play even a small and evolving role.

Cindy Thompson BSS

Cindy Thompson

BSS

Hello, I am Cindy Thompson I am a Behavior Support Specialist (BSS) here at Acacia Mental Health. I have a Bachelor of Art in psychology from Ashford University and a Master of Science in psychology from the University of Pheonix with a Minor in Behavioral Health. I have worked in the health field for more than 30 years. I started my Behavioral Health career working with children, as a Site Supervisor for an after-school program. I then moved on to working with vulnerable adults as a Direct Support Professional (DSP). Now as a Behavior Support Specialist, I work mostly with adults.
I am very enthusiastic about advocating for those with behavioral challenges caused by mental and physical health issues, I strive to provide these individuals with the tools to process their behaviors in a productive manner. Everyone deserves to be seen and loved for who they are. We are all unique!
I am a single mother to two amazing daughters, an equally amazing son in law and a soon to be son in law. I have a registered therapy dog Rhemington, a German shepherd/Coon dog mix and a Dutch Sheppard puppy Miss Winchester “Winnie” who is training to be a therapy dog like her big brother. I believe animal therapy is very comforting to those who are experiencing health challenges. The animals bring comfort and support without judgment, which is what I strive to do. I also have a very affectionate cat who provides calming therapeutic comfort to me.
