Acacia Mental Health provides specialized Behavioral Support Services for clients with complex behavioral needs under Expanded Community Services (ECS) and Specialized Behavioral Support (SBS) programs.

 

We partner with Adult Family Homes and community providers to help residents stay stable, safe, and successfully housed. Our team offers behavioral assessments, individualized support plans, caregiver coaching, crisis‑prevention strategies, and ongoing collaboration with case managers and care teams.

 

We are committed to providing trauma-informed, culturally responsive care that promotes choice, self-determination, and respect for each individual’s lived experience. By focusing on collaboration, proactive support, and meaningful engagement, we help residents achieve their goals while living successfully and safely within their community.
